After their original wedding photographer caught COVID, Anna & Christian came to us to photograph their day. We were so excited to be able to come to their rescue! From all the sweet moments getting ready at home to capturing their timeless celebration at the Mooreland Mansion wedding venue in Northeast Ohio, every moment felt meant to be.
The Couple Getting Ready | Home-Sweet-Home
While Ezra and I love being Cleveland-based adventure wedding photographers, there’s something extra special when couples bring us into their homes. It was an honor to witness Anna getting ready with her friends and family in the home she grew up in.
The Ceremony | Euclid, Ohio
After getting ready, Anna and Christian had a beautiful chapel wedding at their church in Euclid, Ohio. Anna’s family has attended this church for many years, which made the ceremony all the more meaningful to them. Before the wedding, she even had a first look with her dad in the aisle. It was the sweetest touch to an already emotional moment between dad & daughter.
The Venue | Mooreland Mansion Wedding at Lakeland Community College
After tying the knot at the Ss. Robert & William Catholic Parish, the newlyweds and their guests spent the rest of the day celebrating at the Mooreland Mansion. A stunning historic venue near Cleveland, Ohio, Mooreland Mansion is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The remodeled venue is a timeless event space featuring all the modern amenities you need. The architecture and grounds exude vintage charm and were a beautiful backdrop for Anna & Christian’s joyous day.
Dusk Photography at Mooreland Mansion
Not only did Anna and Christian trust us to take some of their wedding portraits among the grounds at dusk, but we also LOVE that they did their sparkler exit right before dark. Obviously, we’re big fans of dusk sparkler exits now. It also helped that the Mooreland Mansion provided the most gorgeously lit backdrop.
